All returns of goods or cancellations of orders must be approved by Airvent.
Upon approval by Airvent all returns of goods must be made within seven (7) days.
Authorised returns must be freight prepaid. Airvent will credit returned goods only if they are in saleable condition. “Saleable condition” is at the sole discretion of Airvent.
Airvent reserves the right to impose a handling charge equivalent to 25% of the price of goods returned unless the Customer is a “consumer” for the purposes of the Trade Practices Act 1974 or similar State or Territory legislation.
A restocking fee equivalent to 15% to 30% of the price of the goods returned is payable by the Customer based upon the condition of the goods returned. The Customer will be notified of the applicable restocking fee and such fee is at the sole discretion of Airvent.
The Customer will reimburse and indemnify Airvent for all losses in excess of 25% including freight, bank charges or other expenses.
This policy is in addition to and does not exclude the rights available to the Customer under State, Territory and Federal Consumer Protection legislation including the Consumer Guarantees.
